Hi, I’m Rachael—wife to Blair, mom of three amazing kids, and a woman on a mission to help families find their dream homes here in beautiful Southern Oregon. After a few challenging years personally, I’ve found myself right where I belong: back in real estate, doing what I love most, connecting with people and helping them make one of the biggest (and most exciting!) decisions of their lives.

Real estate has always been more than a career for me; it’s a passion. I grew up around homes, construction, and design, so walking through a property isn’t just about square footage or curb appeal—it’s about potential, lifestyle, and creating a place where memories are made.

When I’m not showing homes or writing up contracts, you’ll find me soaking up everything Southern Oregon has to offer. I’m an avid fan of the outdoors and fitness, whether that means hiking local trails, floating the Rogue River, or just running around with my kids. We love living where adventure is right outside our front door, and we’re excited to keep growing our family in such a vibrant community.

Returning to real estate has been such a gift. Each client I work with is a reminder of why I fell in love with this industry in the first place: the opportunity to serve, to guide, and to celebrate life’s milestones alongside amazing people.
